Faculty Terms & Conditions

Governing the professional relationship between Master Dental Clinics India and our esteemed Dental Educators.

Last Updated: February 2026

By registering as a Faculty Member on the Master Dental Clinics India platform, you agree to abide by the following legal and professional framework:

1. Instructor Eligibility & Conduct

Faculty members must possess a valid MDS or equivalent dental degree recognized by the Dental Council of India (DCI). You agree to provide accurate credentials and maintain a professional decorum that reflects the clinical standards of Master Dental Clinics India.

2. Content & Clinical Accuracy

All clinical procedures, drug dosages, and surgical techniques demonstrated must adhere to current evidence-based dental practices. Faculty are responsible for the accuracy of their lectures. Any 'off-label' use of dental materials must be explicitly stated as such.

3. Patient Privacy & Consent

Patient anonymity is paramount. Faculty must ensure that all intra-oral photos, X-rays (RVGs/CBCTs), and clinical videos are de-identified. It is the faculty's responsibility to have obtained written consent from patients before using their clinical data for educational purposes.

4. Intellectual Property

While the faculty retains the expertise, the recorded sessions hosted on Master Dental Clinics India are the property of the platform for the duration of the agreement. Faculty may not cross-post identical video content to direct competitors without prior written consent.

5. Liability Disclaimer

Master Dental Clinics India acts as a hosting platform. We are not liable for clinical complications arising from students attempting procedures based on online lectures. Faculty members agree to include a "Consult Clinical Judgment" disclaimer in high-risk surgical modules.
