Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Master Clinical Dentistry Institute. By enrolling in any course, accessing any materials, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Our courses are designed for dental professionals, including dentists, dental hygienists, and dental students. You must have the appropriate educational background or be currently enrolled in a dental program to participate in our courses.

To enroll in our courses, you must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Master Clinical Dentistry Institute reserves the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at our discretion, particularly if we suspect fraudulent activity or violation of our policies.

Access to course materials is granted solely for your personal, non-commercial educational use. Course access begins upon payment confirmation and continues for the duration specified for each course.

You may not share, distribute, reproduce, record, or transmit any course materials in any form without explicit written permission. This includes but is not limited to videos, documents, presentations, case studies, and proprietary methodologies.

Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Each student must have their own account. Multiple users accessing courses from a single account may result in immediate termination without refund.

Exam preparation programmes (for example DHA, ORE, ADC, INBDE, SDLE and other licensing exams) are provided for educational support only. Exam formats, eligibility rules and fees are set by the official regulators and may change; candidates are responsible for confirming current requirements with the relevant authority.

Dental notes PDFs and MCQ test series are licensed for single-user personal study for the access period stated on each product page. Questions, explanations and notes may not be copied, shared or resold.

Documentation assistance covers eligibility guidance, document preparation and review, verification guidance and application support. The applicant remains responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of all documents submitted.

MCDI does not issue licences or registrations and does not guarantee approval by any licensing authority. Official authority, verification and examination fees are not included in MCDI service fees.

All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. Payment must be made in full before accessing course materials, unless a payment plan is explicitly offered and agreed upon.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Master Clinical Dentistry Institute reserves the right to modify course fees at any time. Enrolled students' fees are locked at the time of enrollment.

All payments are non-refundable and non-adjustable as per our refund policy. Please review our refund policy carefully before making any payment.

Every student who enrols in and completes an MCDI course receives a certificate of completion. Where a course includes assessments, students are expected to complete them as part of the course.

Certificates indicate participation and completion of educational content but do not constitute official accreditation, a licence to practise or registration with any dental council. It is the student's responsibility to verify whether a course meets any local continuing education requirements.

Digital certificates are typically issued within 30 days of course completion. Replacement certificates may be requested by contacting the institute.

Students must maintain professional conduct in all interactions with faculty, staff, and fellow students. This includes respectful communication, adherence to ethical guidelines, and compliance with all course requirements.

Disruptive behavior, harassment, plagiarism, or any form of academic dishonesty will result in immediate termination from the course without refund and may preclude future enrollment.

For clinical components, students must follow all safety protocols, maintain patient confidentiality, and adhere to professional dental practice standards.

All course content, materials, methodologies, and intellectual property are owned by Master Clinical Dentistry Institute and protected by copyright laws. No ownership rights are transferred to students.

Students may not create derivative works, adaptations, or translations of course materials without explicit written permission. This includes creating study guides, summaries, or compilations for distribution.

Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action and claims for damages.

Master Clinical Dentistry Institute provides educational content for informational purposes only. The information provided does not constitute professional dental advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

We make no guarantees regarding exam success, career advancement, income potential, or specific clinical outcomes. Educational results vary based on individual effort, background, and application.

The institute shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our courses or services.

We collect and process personal data as described in the Privacy Policy section of our Policies page. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described there.

We may use your email address to send course updates, educational materials, and occasional announcements about new courses or features. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time.

Student data may be used for educational purposes, including anonymized case studies or aggregated analytics to improve our courses.

Master Clinical Dentistry Institute reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to courses or services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

Grounds for termination include but are not limited to: violation of these terms, academic dishonesty, disruptive behavior, account sharing, or unauthorized distribution of materials.

Upon termination, access to course materials will be immediately revoked without refund, except as required by applicable law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mohali, Punjab.

The parties agree to attempt good faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action. However, this is not a requirement for arbitration or litigation.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Master Clinical Dentistry Institute reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through prominent notices on our platform.

Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must discontinue use of our services.
